Cost Engineering

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Basis of Estimate and full project cost estimates
Coordinate internal reviews and secure approvals for estimates
- Liaise with engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls teams to ensure alignment across budgets and schedules
- Review and issue change orders, assess cost/schedule impacts, and maintain estimating databases
- Lead compliance and continuous improvement initiatives within Project Controls
- Mentor junior estimating personnel and promote standardized estimating practices
- Present estimates to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation, historical data collection, and database updates

💡 Preferred Expertise:
Hands-on experience with Aspen Capital Cost Program or K-Base
Familiarity with 56-D forms, estimate plans, and structured estimating methodologies
Prior exposure to high-value Oil & Gas projects in the GCC region
Strong grasp of Cost Management, Change Control, Planning, and Risk Analysis
