🎯 What You’ll Do:
Lead a team of designers to deliver high-impact visual assets aligned with brand strategy
Collaborate with marketers and stakeholders to support campaigns and content marketing
Coordinate with agencies for video/image creation and manage freelancers
Drive innovation through research and UX-focused design thinking
Oversee web component strategy and creative execution across channels

💼 What You Bring:
Proven leadership in a creative or agency setting
Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager,motioN design, and frontendcollaboration React)
Strong grasp of branding, project management, and stakeholder communication
Experience with digitalmarketing, UXprinciples, and tools like Sketch or Figma
