Join Cisco’s Services & Logistics Customer Delivery Management team – a world-class group focused on delivering seamless RMA and hardware support operations for our customers across EMEA.
🛠What You’ll Do:
Own and resolve logistics escalations, customer delivery issues, and backlog management.
Lead performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, TAC, Field Engineering, Warehousing & 3PL teams.
Support asset recovery and ensure timely return of Cisco hardware (RMA).
Analyze operational trends and present insights to regional leadership.
✅ Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in Logistics, Order Management, or Customer Service.
Strong communicator (English & Arabic preferred), culturally aligned with the Middle East.
Skilled in escalation handling, reporting, problem-solving & executive communication.
A collaborative team player with a "take-charge" attitude under pressure.
