We're looking for a Customer Service & Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Customer Service: Handle order processing, payments, shipping, deliveries, and document management.
🔹 Office Administration: Support daily office operations and administrative duties to ensure efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Strong knowledge/experience in transport & logistics.
✅ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
✅ Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written).
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
✅ A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Computer Skills:
💻 Experience with Navision (ERP) preferred.
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
💻 Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Language & Communication:
🌍 Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a must.
💬 Confident, customer-oriented communication skills.
