A leading real estate development company in Riyadh is seeking a Saudi Customer Service Manager who can go beyond traditional customer service by creating engaging customer experiences, strengthening customer loyalty, and collaborating closely with Marketing to enhance the company's brand perception.

Requirements:
✔ Saudi National (Mandatory)
✔ Real estate experience is a must
✔ Proven experience in a Customer Service leadership role
✔ Strong background in Customer Experience (CX) and customer engagement
✔ Creative mindset with the ability to develop customer-focused initiatives
✔ Experience working closely with Marketing teams and campaigns
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
✔ Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
