Customer Service Rep

 

Description:

*The setup*
- 4 days remote / 1 day office (Jeddah) each week
- Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm
- Full training provided

*What you’ll do*
- Answer calls/WhatsApp/emails from clients & suppliers
- Log inquiries (permits, deliveries, site visits) and follow up
- Share basic project updates using our template scripts
- Escalate technical issues to the site team
- Keep records clean in the CRM

*You’re a fit if you*
- Speak & write English clearly (Arabic a plus, not required)
- Have reliable Wi-Fi and a quiet home workspace
- Are patient, polite, and quick to learn
- Can come to the Jeddah office once a week for team sync
- Lebanese are preferred
