Key Requirements:
1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a customer service role within a corporate/service-based industry
2. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3. Hands-on experience in live chat, call, and email support across traditional and non-traditional platforms
4. Proven ability to handle face-to-face (F2F) client escalations professionally
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong prioritization, time-management, and multitasking abilities
7. Basic proficiency in MS Office applications
