Responsibilities:
💬 Respond to customer inquiries across all channels within 5 minutes.
🛍️ Understand customer needs and offer tailored product solutions.
💳 Close sales within 10 minutes using payment links or special offers.
📦 Follow up until the order is completed.
🚚 Handle after-sales support, including returns and complaints.
📈 Submit weekly reports on sales closures and customer insights.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales (preferably in beauty or e-commerce).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Fluent Arabic speaker (English is a plus).
Friendly, sales-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
