Description:

Manage client relationships, adoption, and retention for a SaaS/tech firm in the Middle East. On-site role ensures strong customer engagement and team collaboration.

▪ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
▪ Monitor KPIs, usage, and adoption metrics.
▪ Assist clients with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.

🎓 You're a Good Fit If You Have:

▪ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

▪ Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
