🔹 What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of experience in Contact Center / CCaaS solutions
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Five9 and Zoom Contact Center
• Strong understanding of cloud environments and integrations
• Experience in designing and deploying contact center solutions
• Relevant certifications in CCaaS / Contact Center design & implementation
• A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
