Key Responsibilities

• Execute installation, testing, and commissioning of data center and ICT systems.
• Install and configure racks, cabinets, cable containment, cable trays, and structured cabling systems.
• Perform copper and fiber optic installation, termination, splicing, testing, and certification.
• Work with data center infrastructure, including hot/cold aisle containment, raised floors, and overhead cabling.
• Support installation of passive ICT infrastructure, patch panels, fiber distribution frames (ODFs), copper distribution frames, and cable management systems.
• Assist with installing PDUs, busbar systems, and related equipment with electrical and mechanical teams.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, rack layouts, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Lead technicians and installers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of site activities.
• Handle troubleshooting, labeling, documentation, as-built drawings, and test reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, manufacturer requirements, and HSE procedures.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in data center installation and passive ICT infrastructure.
• Strong practical knowledge of data center equipment installation, fit-out, structured cabling, and fiber optics.
• Experience in fiber splicing, OTDR and power-meter testing, copper certification, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret drawings and independently manage site activities.
• Proven ability to lead technicians, coordinate site activities, and maintain high installation standards.
• Industry certifications (BICSI, RCDD, CommScope, Panduit, Corning, Legrand, R&M, or similar) are an advantage.
• Data center project experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
• Transferable Iqama and Saudi driving license are a plus.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
