IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations across one of its flagship hospitality properties in Saudi Arabia. This position plays a critical role in shaping organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership development across the hotel workforce.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop HR strategy aligned with hospitality operational goals
• Lead recruitment, retention, and talent development programs
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies
• Oversee compensation structures and employee benefits programs
• Manage HRIS systems and HR analytics reporting
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management
• 10+ years HR leadership experience in hospitality or service sectors
• Strong background in employee relations and HR operations
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or CIPD preferred
