Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field
13–14 years in production/mining/heavy industry, with 5+ years in operational excellence/governance roles
Advanced skills in Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Process Improvement, Performance & Risk Management
