Description:

We are looking for an Endpoint Management Expert to oversee and optimize our VMware Horizon VDI and Workspace ONE environments, ensuring seamless and secure endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ VMware Horizon VDI: Deploy, manage, and optimize virtual desktops & applications.
✅ Workspace ONE: Configure and oversee unified endpoint management, security policies & compliance.
✅ Technical Support: Troubleshoot endpoint issues, perform updates, and ensure system health.
✅ Compliance & Documentation: Maintain ITIL-aligned documentation & security standards.
✅ Collaboration & Training: Work with IT teams, vendors, and provide training on VDI solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Bachelor's in IT/CS
🔹 Endpoint Management with VMware VDI/Workspace ONE
🔹 Banking experience preferred
🔹 Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, Networking, Endpoint Security
🔹 Certifications like VCP or Workspace ONE are a plus
🔹 Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation
