• Lead all engineering disciplines across large-scale developments.
• Oversee design coordination, technical compliance, and engineering delivery.
• Ensure alignment between design, construction, and project objectives.
• Drive innovation, digital engineering, and advanced technical solutions.
• Manage engineering risks, value engineering, and optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with international codes and local regulations.
• Provide executive-level technical leadership and reporting.

• Proven engineering leadership on mega or giga projects in the Middle East.
• Strong multidisciplinary engineering background.
