Enterprise Architecture Engineer

RMG is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architecture Engineer to help shape and drive enterprise-wide technology strategy. This role is critical in aligning business goals with scalable, secure, and future-ready IT architectures.

What you’ll do:
• Design and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps
• Translate business requirements into robust technical architecture solutions
• Align business strategy with IT strategy and system implementations
• Guide architectural decisions in collaboration with business and engineering teams
• Review existing systems and recommend modernization or integration initiatives
• Define and enforce architecture governance, best practices, and documentation
• Support solution design reviews across multiple projects
• Identify technology risks and ensure compliance with security, data, and regulatory standards
• Evaluate emerging technologies and their enterprise relevance

What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong experience in enterprise / solution architecture or system design
• Hands-on knowledge of frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman
• Experience with cloud platforms, integration architectures, and modern application stacks
• Solid understanding of data architecture, security principles, and interoperability
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to have:
• TOGAF or equivalent certification
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
• Background in digital transformation or legacy modernization
