Ericsson Charging System Engineer

We're looking for a skilled Ericsson Charging System Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia! If you’re experienced in IN network design, configuration, and optimization — this one’s for you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Configure, monitor & troubleshoot Ericsson IN/Charging systems
Ensure performance KPIs and system health are maintained
Implement service class, tariff, and system changes
Handle complex escalations and support audits/upgrades
Provide 24x7 on-call support when required

🧠 Required Skills:
Strong telecom background in GSM / WCDMA
Hands-on experience with Ericsson nodes: SDP, AIR, CCN, OCC, NGVS, ECE, ECNMT, NeLS
Proficient in Linux, Shell scripting, Python, SQL, Oracle DB
Solid knowledge of IP networking and call flows
Familiar with Wireshark and geo-redundant SDP setups
