Looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the technical strategy and design of advanced AIOps and Service Management integration programs.
Key Requirements:
↳ 8-12 years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience
↳ Expertise in ITOM Event Management, CMDB & Service Mapping
↳ Strong skills in Service Portfolio & Catalog design
↳ Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Splunk, Dynatrace, BMC, SolarWinds)
↳ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist preferred
