Estimation Engineer

Description:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of direct estimation experience in aluminum, glazing, and façade works.
• Strong experience in aluminum windows and doors, curtain walls, structural glazing, skylights, ACP cladding, louvers, balustrades, and related façade systems.
• Ability to review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Experience in quantity take-off, supplier inquiries, cost estimation, and preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, glass specifications, hardware, sealants, secondary steel, fabrication, and installation costs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Experience in the Saudi or GCC market is preferred.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
