Estimator

Description:

We are looking for an Estimator to join our team in the Eastern Province.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review drawings and technical specifications.
* Prepare Quantity Take-Offs and BOQs.
* Estimate material, labor, fabrication, and installation costs.
* Prepare project quotations and cost estimates.
* Compare supplier prices and coordinate with Sales and Procurement.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* Experience in Estimation, Costing, and Quantity Take-Off.
* Experience in Prefabricated/Modular Buildings or Steel Structures is highly preferred.
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of AutoCAD.
* Good knowledge of construction materials and the Saudi market.
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
