Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of Chinese culinary operations, including menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management.
• Create and execute authentic Chinese menus, ensuring the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence in dishes.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to develop promotions and special events to showcase Chinese cuisine.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chinese Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, ingredients, and traditions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Creative flair and ability to innovate classic Chinese dishes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field.
