Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the infrastructure-development strategy and delivery roadmap.
• Oversee major infrastructure and capital-development programs.
• Manage project portfolios, budgets, timelines, and delivery performance.
• Establish governance, quality, risk, and performance standards.
• Coordinate with government entities, consultants, contractors, and partners.
• Drive cost efficiency, innovation, and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor program risks and implement corrective strategies.
• Report major development priorities and performance to executive leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field.
• MBA, PMP, or advanced project qualification preferred.
• 15+ years of infrastructure or major-project leadership.
• Proven experience managing large-scale development portfolios.
• GCC mega-project or multinational experience preferred.
