Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Director – Regional Medical Strategy to lead regional medical strategy, clinical development, healthcare transformation, medical governance, and strategic healthcare initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the regional medical strategy
• Lead strategic clinical and medical initiatives across multiple markets
• Establish medical governance, standards, and performance frameworks
• Drive healthcare transformation and clinical excellence programs
• Partner with medical leaders, regulators, and healthcare stakeholders
• Evaluate emerging healthcare models, technologies, and opportunities
• Develop regional medical KPIs and strategic performance targets
• Provide strategic medical guidance to executive leadership
• Lead and develop regional medical strategy teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Medical degree or advanced healthcare qualification required
• MBA, MPH, or healthcare management qualification preferred
• 15+ years of progressive medical or healthcare leadership experience
• Proven Executive Director, Medical Director, Regional Medical Strategy, or equivalent experience
• Strong clinical strategy and healthcare transformation background
• Experience operating across multiple healthcare markets preferred
• Excellent executive stakeholder-management capabilities
• Strong Saudi/GCC healthcare market knowledge preferre
