Key Responsibilities:
Lead construction strategy and governance for multi-billion SAR projects.
Ensure alignment with national transformation goals (Vision 2030).
Oversee program management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with government, investors, and international partners.

Requirements:
15+ years of executive experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate.
Proven success in strategic planning, mega-project delivery, and team leadership.
Strong understanding of GCC markets, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
PMP/Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification preferred.
