Export Sales Manager

Description:

A rapidly growing company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Export Sales Manager to spearhead its expansion into international markets for Soft and Rigid PVC compounds.

A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field?

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement export sales strategies to secure new customers and maximize growth in international markets.
Identify and qualify potential leads and convert them into profitable sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and key industry players.
Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with a focus on achieving optimal profitability.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to order fulfillment, ensuring seamless customer experience.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
Represent the company at international trade shows and conferences.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in export sales, ideally within the PVC and masterbatch industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge of the global PVC market, including applications of various PVC compounds.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic (highly desirable).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or an equivalent field.
