Extrusion Sheet Line Operators

Description:

Key Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience with PC, PMMA, ABS & HIPS materials
• Expertise in sheet extrusion production processes
• Experience operating BREYER or similar high-tech extrusion lines
• Skilled in machine troubleshooting, corrective & preventive actions
• Knowledge of Die Calendar, Co-Extrusion & Downstream Equipment Operations
• Ability to ensure safe machine operation, efficiency, and high-quality production output
• Experience in product quality control and process optimization
• Familiarity with modern German extrusion technology for engineering plastic sheet manufacturing
