Façade Specialist

Description:

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Review façade designs, IFC/shop drawings, BIM models, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Review curtain wall, stone, aluminium, glazing, GRC/GFRC, louvers, and rainscreen systems.
• Identify design, coordination, and constructability issues.
• Review method statements, materials, RFIs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, and mock-ups.
• Conduct site and factory inspections and review façade performance testing.
• Coordinate façade interfaces with structure, waterproofing, MEP, and architectural finishes.
• Provide technical recommendations to the Client/PMC, Contractor, and façade subcontractors.
• Ensure works comply with design intent, specifications, codes, and quality requirements.

🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• 15+ years of relevant façade experience.
• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Façade Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with curtain wall, structural glazing, stone, aluminium/ACP, GRC/GFRC, and rainscreen systems.
• Strong knowledge of façade performance, waterproofing, thermal, acoustic, and fire requirements.
• Experience in mock-ups, performance testing, and QA/QC inspections.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit/BIM.
• ACC/BIM 360 and Aconex experience is preferred.
• Strong technical, coordination, and communication skills.
• GCC/Saudi experience is highly desirable.
