Facility Administrator

 

Description:

The Facility Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of the company’s facilities, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and compliant with regulations. This role involves coordinating with service providers, managing budgets, supervising maintenance teams, and implementing policies to optimize facility performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for facility-related work.
Oversee security, cleaning, and support services to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor budgets, expenditures, and vendor contracts.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and asset inventory.
Support space planning, renovations, and facility upgrades.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in facilities management or administration.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of KSA building regulations, safety standards, and maintenance procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
