Fashion Graphic Designer

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Fashion Graphic Designer to develop original artwork, placement prints, all-over patterns, and branding graphics across Women's Daywear,Nightwear categories.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Develop original, trend-relevant print concepts aligned with seasonal trends and colour directions.
🔹 Create hero, secondary, and coordinating prints to build cohesive collections.
🔹 Produce production-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
🔹 Prepare open, layered .ai files with accurate Pantone colours, scale, placement, and repeats.
🔹 Work closely with designers, product development, buying teams, and vendors.
🔹 Brief vendors on artwork requirements and review strike-offs, lab dips, and print samples.
🔹 Ensure artwork meets production standards and critical path deadlines.
🔹 Maintain an organized seasonal print and artwork library.

Requirements
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, or Fine Arts.
🔹 8–10 years of experience in print/graphic design within ladies’ apparel.
🔹 Strong portfolio demonstrating original print and pattern development.
🔹 Experience in Daywear, Nightwear, and/or Lingerie is highly preferred.
🔹 Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
🔹 Strong understanding of screen printing, DTG, sublimation, rotary printing, and embroidery.
🔹 Knowledge of tech pack creation, colour management, print scale, placement, and repeat.
🔹 Strong trend awareness, colour sense, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
