CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent communication skills in English & Arabic
• Previous experience in Fine Dining, Upscale Dining, or Premium Hospitality
• Strong understanding of guest experience and service standards
• Professional appearance, attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Italian cuisine / Italian food knowledge is an advantage
• Transferable Iqama is mandatory
• Candidates must currently be based in Saudi Arabia
• Must be willing to relocate to Jeddah, if required
• Immediate availability / short notice candidates are highly preferred
