Description:

🔹 Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead and manage ferrous processing teams (supervisors, technicians, operators)
✔️ Ensure operational efficiency, safety & compliance
✔️ Drive system optimization and implement process improvements
✔️ Manage projects: upgrades, improvements & expansions
✔️ Report KPIs and ensure environmental & industry compliance

🔹 Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Industrial Engineering (or related)
📈 7–10 years’ experience in ferrous processing (3+ in leadership)
🔧 Strong knowledge of ferrous processing systems, metallurgy & machinery
💡 Proficiency in troubleshooting, process control & data analysis
🤝 Excellent leadership, communication & team management skills
