Field Operations

Description:

Sympl is looking for a proactive and energetic team member to join our field operations team.
This role focuses on merchant onboarding, training, and on-ground support.

Responsibilities
• Conduct onboarding for new merchants and ensure operational readiness.
• Provide clear and effective training on POS machine usage.
• Ensure all on-ground brands are properly available across merchants.
• Handle POS machine issues and follow up until full resolution.
• Mediate and resolve issues between the sales team and merchants.
• Work directly with merchants on-site to ensure proper execution and operations.

Requirements
• Owns a car and can travel between Cairo and Giza.
• Flexible, active, and able to move efficiently.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in onboarding, training, or POS handling is an advantage.
