Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Procurement Officer to manage and execute both local and international purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of quality goods and services at competitive prices while complying with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with local and international suppliers
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain a reliable supplier database
Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders
Monitor order status, ensure timely delivery, and resolve any discrepancies
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and international trade regulations
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs
Prepare reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance
Support inventory control and budgeting processes related to procurement

✅ Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in procurement, with exposure to both local and international sourcing
Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
Knowledge of international shipping terms, customs regulations, and incoterms
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
