Reports To: Group CFO

💼 Key Responsibilities:

📌 Lead and develop the finance operations team, overseeing treasury, credit risk management, accounts receivable, budgeting, and payables.
📌 Ensure accurate booking of all financial transactions, in compliance with internal policies, IFRS, and budgetary ownership.
📌 Manage and forecast monthly cash flow to ensure liquidity for current and future group needs.
📌 Supervise treasury operations, including payables, collections, credit control, and bank funding.
📌 Prepare fiscal reports for KSA (VAT, Zakat) to ensure compliance with the law.
📌 Maintain strong relationships with banks, statutory auditors, credit insurers, and tax advisory.
📌 Oversee the disbursement of payroll, business expenses, and reward mechanisms.

🎯 Key Requirements:

💡 Degree in Finance (BSc, BA) + Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACMA, CFA or equivalent).
💡 Minimum 10 years in mid-level finance leadership, with a background in multinational & manufacturing contexts ($200M+ sales).
💡 Proficiency in Infor LN, Power BI, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
💡 Excellent data analysis, presentation, and communication skills.
💡 Fluency in English (Arabic is advantageous).
