Finance Manager

Description:

Seeking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial operations (budgeting, forecasting, reporting)
- Develop and implement financial strategies
- Prepare detailed financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Lead budgeting processes
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Manage external relationships (auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions)
- Provide financial guidance to department heads
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred
- 7+ years of financial management experience, 3+ years in leadership
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, analysis
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, regulations
- ERP system experience, advanced Excel skills
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
