Job Description:-
At least 6+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, but he needs to have background on other tracks (SCM and HCM) to be able to capture requirements and provide simple support as L1.
Daily support for Finance Modules GL, AP, AR, FA and CM.
Link between Supply chain business users and SCM consultant.
Provide support for supply chain and HR for simple issues and tasks (L1 tasks).
Collect and Analyze business requirements for Oracle Financial modules, Supply chain and HR .
Conduct Training sessions for key and end users.
Helping in maintain accounting chart of account (COA).
Prepare and review deliverable documents like Business Key Requirement, Design Document, Training material (Training Manual and Test script) as per Oracle Standards.
Understanding key business reporting requirement and proposed the solution accordingly.
Resolving incident/request within agreed SLAs.
Loading clients Data i.e., Active Suppliers, Customers, open Balances etc. using Oracle FBDI and ADFDI.
Analyzing data using OTBI, BIP, SmartView and Financial Reporting Studio.
Support Technical Team in developing reports, tables, fields, data interfaces and application extensions.
Maintain Tasks status and follow-up on project tasks.
