Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the company’s financial planning and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Supervise budgeting processes and cost/revenue forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support overall business goals.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Finance Manager role.
• Previous experience in recruitment or manpower companies is a must.
• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA certification is preferred).
