• Develop and execute fleet sales strategies to maximize B2B opportunities
• Build and expand a strong portfolio of corporate, government, leasing, and fleet customers
• Identify and acquire new business accounts through proactive sales efforts
• Manage and grow relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Supervise and coach Fleet Sales Executives to achieve individual and team KPIs
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and overall performance metrics
• Lead preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while ensuring profitability
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order-to-delivery process
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure long-term client retention
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities

👇 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Automotive Fleet Sales or Corporate B2B Sales
• Experience working with premium/luxury automotive brands (MANDATORY)
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia (MANDATORY)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Experience handling corporate and government clients is highly preferred
• Good understanding of CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
• Strong leadership ability with team coaching and performance management skills
