• Take job briefs and advise on market alignment
• Source and screen profiles via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals & networks
• Coordinate interviews, trials, and reference checks
• Maintain accurate candidate updates
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• 1+ year experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong sourcing and fast follow-up
• Organized, communicative, and detail-focused
• Experience in private household or hospitality staffing is an advantage
• Fully remote with flexible working hours
• Must already have valid work permissions (no sponsorship provided)
