Global Multi-sport Director

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Multi-Sport program across 28 different sports, catering to over 1,000 elite athletes.
• Develop and implement strategic and technical aspects of the Multi-Sport program.
• Ensure the club achieves its KPIs, including winning titles and medals at national and international levels (e.g., Asian, World Championships, Olympic games).
• Oversee team sports such as Basketball, Handball, Water Polo, and Volleyball, as well as individual sports like Tennis, Swimming, Padel, Cycling, Weightlifting, Archery, and E-Sports gaming.
• Support the executive team in setting direction, delivering the club’s vision, making effective decisions, and driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all people management policies and processes, applied fairly and consistently, to build capability and deliver performance excellence.

• Proven experience in managing multi-sport programs at a high level.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organisational skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive environment for athletes and staff.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of sports management and development.

• Experience with elite-level sports programs.
