Government Relations Manager

A fast-growing l F&B group with multiple leading brands is looking for a Government Relations Manager to join their Riyadh Head Office. If you’re a pro at navigating Saudi regulations, securing approvals, and building strong government relationships — this role is built for you.

What You’ll Lead:
🔹 Strategy & Planning
Build annual GR plans aligned with expansion goals
Manage GR budgets with full accountability
🔹 Approvals & Licensing
Secure permits, licenses, and approvals for new stores & re-imaging
Ensure on-time operating licenses and utilities
Maintain accurate regulatory records
🔹 Government Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with key entities -Ministry of Commerce, SFDA, Municipality, Civil Defense, HRSD, GOSI, and more
Stay ahead of regulatory changes and advise leadership
🔹 Team Leadership
Lead & coach the GR team
Deliver clear, timely updates to senior management

✅ 6–8 years in Government Relations leadership (Retail or Insurance a plus)
✅ Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, SFDA & municipal regulations
✅ Skilled with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Baladi & key government portals
✅ Fluent in Arabic & English
✅ Strategic, solutions-driven, and great with stakeholders
