We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Head to lead and oversee the company's commercial operations. The Commercial Head will be responsible for driving the overall commercial strategy, ensuring business growth, and maximizing profitability. The role involves managing key functions, including sales, marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships, while aligning efforts with the company’s long-term objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial management, with a proven track record in leadership roles within the retail or related industry.
- Background of the Saudi Market, if not must be working with Hyper market in his own country.
- Worked in big retail companies with Electronics, Music products, Electrical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the company in alignment with the business’s vision and goals. Lead the commercial team and ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
- Drive revenue generation by overseeing sales strategies, pricing policies, and identifying new business opportunities. Develop and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the commercial team, including sales, marketing, and business development professionals. Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance targets.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior. Use insights to guide decision-making and refine strategies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations, and vendor relationships that enhance business growth. Negotiate key contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and profitability.
- Oversee the commercial department’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support revenue-generating activities. Track financial performance and ensure that profitability goals are met.
- Work closely with other departments such as operations, finance, supply chain, and product teams to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives and to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive improvements in customer experience and satisfaction through effective product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports to executive management on commercial performance, market trends, sales performance, and growth opportunities. Use data and analytics to guide strategic decisions
