Head Of Data

Description:

We're looking for a Head of Data to lead our clients global data strategy and AI initiatives from Riyadh. In this senior leadership role, you’ll own our clients data platform, drive AI/ML innovation, and act as a strategic partner across the business, transforming data into action and impact.

What you’ll do:

- Define and execute a scalable data strategy
- Oversee data platforms (Hadoop, Clickhouse, Looker, etc.)
- Lead AI R&D: LLMs, GenAI, and real-time inference
- Partner with Product, Sales, Ops & Finance
- Grow and lead a high-performing global data team

What we’re looking for:

- 12+ years in data/AI, 5+ in leadership at fintech/lending/internet firms
- Deep experience with data architecture, cloud, and AI/ML tools
- Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
- Agile delivery mindset
