Heavy Truck Maintenance Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Extensive hands-on experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance is mandatory. Experience limited to passenger cars or light vehicles will not be considered.
Strong technical knowledge of maintenance systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
Proven ability to manage multiple workshops and lead maintenance teams across different branches.
Ability to improve maintenance quality, minimize vehicle downtime, and optimize costs.
Experience developing maintenance strategies, procedures, and KPIs.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
