Hr & Admin Executive

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
🔹 Manage employee attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave records, and deductions
🔹 Maintain employee files, HR records, and coordinate with accounts for payroll finalization
🔹 Handle onboarding/offboarding and contract renewals
🔹 Support office administration, vendors, logistics, and document/license renewals

🌟 Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Payroll
🔹 Strong knowledge of payroll processes, attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and HR documentation
🔹 Excellent organizational and communication skills
🔹 Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
