π What You'll Be Doing:
Human Resources Support:
-Assist in recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and employee documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll preparation.
-Help develop and update HR policies, handbooks.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal training coordination.
-Handle basic employee relations and ensure confidentiality and compliance with the KSA labor laws.
Administrative Responsibilities:
-Manage daily office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance.
-Support planning for meetings, events, and travel logistics.
-Maintain administrative records and assist with budgeting and procurement processes.
-Ensure a well-organized, safe, and efficient workplace environment.

What We're Looking For:
Bachelorβs degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 0-1 year of HR/Admin experience (internships count!).
Arabic-speaking candidates with strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Familiarity with KSA labor regulations is a plus.
