Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders by driving talent strategies, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership on people and business strategies.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
Drive employee engagement and performance management.
Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations.
Analyze workforce data and HR metrics.
Support organizational change initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Collaborate with HR teams to improve employee experience.
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ 5+ years of HR Business Partner or Generalist experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Experience supporting remote and international teams.
✅ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
✅ HR certification is an advantage.
