Hr Director

Walim Logistics & Services is looking for a highly experienced and dynamic HR Director to lead and oversee our Human Resources department. As we continue to grow rapidly across the Kingdom, we’re seeking a strategic and hands on HR professional who can manage complex HR operations, align people strategies with business goals, and ensure compliance with all Saudi employment regulations.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
1: Lead and manage the entire HR department, including employee relations, performance management, Saudi government institutions handling, and training.
2: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
3: Act as the point of contact for all HR related legal and institutional matters.
4: Collaborate closely with executive leadership and department heads to meet organizational goals.
5: Manage Saudization programs and maintain strong relations with government entities like GOSI, MHRSD, Qiwa, Muqeem, and others.
6: Develop and maintain company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
7: Lead change management and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Handle disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, and sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and integrity.

✅ Requirements:
1: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within the logistics or service sectors.
2: Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
3: In depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, government processes, and labor relations.
4: Proven experience in handling HR audits, governmental portals, and legal compliance.
5: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (HR certifications are a plus.)
7: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and culturally diverse environment.
