Hr Generalist

 

Description:

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and HR policy compliance. This role plays a key part in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring the organization's HR practices align with legal requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

*Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
*Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
*Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise
*Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
*Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
*Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
*Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
*Support in organizing company events, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
*Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role (2–5 years preferred)
*Knowledge of employment/labor laws and HR best practices
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Good organizational and time-management abilities
*Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
