Hr Generalist

Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry and a strong understanding of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Manage attendance, leave, and HR systems
Assist in payroll coordination with finance team

Requirements:

Gender: Male
Nationality: Arab
Experience: 3–5 years in HR field
Industry Experience: Hospitality / Restaurants is a must
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (required)
Diploma in Human Resources OR Bachelor’s MBA

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Saudi labor law
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
